La Buena Vida (meaning The Good Life) is a small and cosy bar with a terrace. It is located in one of the most famous districts of Las Palmas, close to the Santa Catalina Park.
Da Vinci
Nice to meet you! We are Peter and Sonja from The Netherlands. In 2012, a few weeks after arriving in Las Palmas, we opened the bar, which back then was called Da Vinci. With no experience whatsoever but very motivated to learn and work - and with the help of the incredible Raúl, our waiter and all-round professor - we started a new life. Over the years we changed the bar into something more "ours".
La Buena Vida
In 2018 we changed the name into La Buena Vida (The Good Life) because this name tells exactly what we want to experience with our clients: enjoy a cosy, clean and safe ambiance with high quality products and a good service.
To accomplish this, we work together with the best waiters in a relationship based on kindness, respect and trust. They form an indispensable part of the key to the success that we have had over the years and that we hope to continue.

At changing the name we designed a logo of which both the colours as the symbol represent The Good Life.

Something different
We want to offer something different. For instance our unique cocktails, homemade sangría made with cava and Canarian craft beers. Our clients tell us that we have the best coffee in town ;-)
Moreover we have products that are hard to find in other places, like the Port wine or Ricard, the French aperitif.
